Kalo masalah notif Facebook© tidak masuk, setelah memastikan BlackBerry® lagi ON dan PIN tidak ter-suspend, mungkin bisa dicek satupersatu :
1. Jaringan operator utk APN BlackBerry® lagi OK or not
2. Apakah sudah login di applikasi Facebook© di HH BlackBerry® -nya?
3. Apakah email untuk email delivery dari Facebook© sudah ter-push di BlackBerry®-nya?
4. Apakah email untuk email delivery dari Facebook© itu validated? Cek di email settings.
5. Apakah setting notifikasi Facebook© di web sudah di-on-kan semua?
6. Cek apakah kuota email delivery utk notif Facebook©sudah full atow belum
7. Cek apakah email notifikasi dari Facebook© masuk inbox email delivery atau masuk di spam (via web)
8. Kalo masih belum bisa juga, coba quickpull/reset lalu SSB.
9. Pastikan berlangganan BIS yang memungkinkan untuk Facebook©.
10. Kalo masih gagal, kurang beramal berarti ☺
